These terms outline how this website may be used and how photography services are generally booked. A signed client agreement controls the final terms for any paid session or wedding coverage.

All text, photographs, design elements, and brand materials on this site belong to TIMETELL or are licensed for presentation. You may not copy, sell, modify, or republish site content without written permission.

Bookings

Dates are not reserved until a proposal is accepted, a contract is signed, and any required retainer is paid. Availability, travel, final deliverables, payment timing, cancellation terms, and usage rights are confirmed in the client agreement.

Information accuracy

Pricing and service descriptions are provided as starting points and may change. TIMETELL may update website content at any time.
